Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, contact us at support@sdpoles.com for your free shipping label. In order for your refund to be processed, all Items must be sent back in the same condition they were received and include all original parts and components.

Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same requirements and process as returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
