General Product Questions

Q: What types of dance poles do you offer?
A: We offer removable home fitness poles, as well as permanent, removable and stage poles for studio and commercial spaces. Yes, they all spin.

Q: What is the difference between static and spin mode?
A: Static mode keeps the pole fixed in place, while spin mode allows the pole to rotate smoothly around its axis. Many dancers use both depending on style, skill level, and choreography.

Q: Are your poles suitable for beginners?
A: Yes. Our poles are designed to support dancers at every level, from first-time beginners to advanced professionals. Safety, stability, and predictable spin are built into every product.

Q: What pole diameter do you offer?
A: Our #F1Pole and Commercial+ Poles are 50mm. Our #F2Pole (coming soon) and StudioPro poles are 45mm.

Q: What materials are your poles made from?
A: All of our poles are made from stainless steel, accept the #F2Pole which is made from chrome treated carbon steel.

Installation & Safety

Q: Do your poles require drilling or permanent installation?
A: The #F1Pole and #F2Pole require one single screw. All other poles have different drilling requirements based on type. 

Q: Can your poles be installed in apartments or rental properties?
A: Yes. Our removable home poles are specifically designed to install and remove cleanly without damage when used correctly.

Q: What ceiling height is required?
A: All of our poles are available in any height up to 12'. Please contact us for any ceiling heights above this height. 

Q: Are your poles safe for inverted moves?
A: Yes. Our poles are engineered for advanced moves, including inverts, when installed properly and used as intended.

Q: Do you offer professional installation?
A: We offer installation services in the Central Florida area. Third-party professional installation options are also available in select locations through approved partners.

Q: What’s the difference between residential and commercial poles?
A: Residential poles prioritize removability and convenience, while commercial poles are built for continuous, high-frequency use with increased rigidity and load tolerance.

Q: Are your poles suitable for studios or clubs?
A: Yes. We design specific models for studios and clubs that demand maximum durability, stability, and longevity.

Q: Can one pole be used for both home and studio use?
A: Some models overlap, but we recommend choosing a pole designed specifically for your environment to ensure optimal performance and lifespan.

Performance & Feel

Q: How smooth is the spin?
A: Our spin systems are engineered for smooth, consistent rotation without sudden stops or resistance, allowing dancers to move confidently and predictably.

Q: Will the pole loosen over time?
A: No. When installed correctly, our poles are designed to remain secure for the period of their use. 

Q: Does the pole wobble during use?
A: No. The tubes we source are designed specifically for dance poles, allowing you to spin without lateral movement from the pole.

Maintenance & Care

Q: How do I clean my pole?
A: We recommend cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove skin oils and residue.

Q: What cleaning products should I avoid?
A: Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or anything that could damage the finish or internal components.

Q: How long do your poles last?
A: With proper care, our poles are designed to last for decades, even in demanding environments.

Customization & Accessories

Q: Do you offer custom heights or finishes?
A: Custom options may be available depending on the model and project scope. We make everything in-house and thus have full creative control to create anything you can set your mind to. 

Shipping & Warranty

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Clearwater, Florida in the United States. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: International shipping is available for select products, but we do not have any international distribution centers at this time. 

Q: What warranty do you offer?
A: Our Home#Fit poles come with a 12-month warranty. Our StudioPro and Commercial+ poles are warrantied for life. 

Q: What if my pole arrives damaged?
A: Contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
