1. What makes the #F1Pole different from other poles?

Safety, convenience, and elegance -- The #F1Pole can be instantly installed or removed without tools or ladders (once the capture plate is installed). It is also safer than other poles thanks to the ceiling capture plate since it's actually fastened into a ceiling stud. The #F1Pole is also one single piece that is custom-cut to your ceiling height, so it doesn't have seams and doesn't have to be put together or taken apart. This gives it an aesthetic that is unparalleled by any other pole. 

2. Can it handle drops and dynamic movement?

Absolutely! The #F1Pole is designed to endure multi-directional force, including aerial tricks, climbs, and dynamic drops.

3. How is it installed?

The #F1Pole requires only one screw into a ceiling stud for installation. This gives it the highest safety record of any home pole on the market today. Once the ceiling capture plate is installed with this screw, the #F1Pole just needs to be inserted into this plate to begin dancing. 

4. Can I switch between static and spin?

Yes, all of our #F1Pole's can switch easily between spin/static modes via a small socket set bolt.

5. What is the height range?

The #F1Pole is available up to 12' in height. Please contact us for heights above this range as they fall into the Commercial+ category. 

6. Is it safe for multiple dancers at once?

Yes, but only when properly installed into structural framing.

7. How do I clean and maintain it?

Use a non-abrasive cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol or mild stainless cleaner.
Avoid oils, waxes, or glass cleaners — they can reduce grip.

8. Can it be customized?

The only customization we currently offer besides color and ceiling height is the Miami Saucer Base add-on. This 9" diameter unibody base plate spins at the base of the pole and offers an extended horizontal surface for dancers to dance on, allowing them to effortlessly enhance their routine.  

9. What warranty do you offer?

The #F1Pole comes with a 10-year Warranty. The Warranty does not cover natural disasters, negligent, improper, or intentional misuse of the product and covers parts only.
