1. Does the Miami Saucer Base all pole sizes?

Yes, the Miami Saucer Base is available in 40mm, 42mm, 45mm and 50mm. Simply select your size option in the dropdown at purchase. If your pole size is not listed, simply contact us and we will make one that fits for you! Remember to double-check the diameter of your specific pole since some have bases that are wider or narrower than the actual pole itself. 

2. Can it handle drops and dynamic movement?

Absolutely. The Miami Saucer Base is designed to endure multi-directional force, including aerial and dynamic drops. 

3. How is it installed?

The Miami Saucer Base is split into two halves that clamps around your dance pole and tighten via two Allen bolts.

6. Is it safe for multiple dancers at once?

Yes, but only when properly installed.

7. How do I clean and maintain it?

Use a non-abrasive cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol or mild stainless cleaner.
Avoid oils, waxes, or glass cleaners — they can reduce grip.

9. What warranty do you offer?

The Miami Saucer Base warranty covers parts only and is valid for 10 years. The warranty does not cover natural disasters, negligent, intentional, or improper use of the Saucer.
