3. How is it installed?

Commercial+ poles require professional installation (instructions are included) into the ceiling structure for permanent stability. Mounting is done via anchored ceiling plates and floor bases secured to concrete, stone, or wood subfloors. We offer installation service in the State of Florida only for $199/pole plus destination surcharge if outside of the Tampa metropolitan area.

4. Can I switch between static and spin?

Our Commercial+ poles typically only come in spinning variants, but we'll be happy to customize an optional static bearing lock for you. Just let us know!

5. What is the height range?

6. Is it safe for multiple dancers at once?

Yes, but only when properly installed into structural framing.

7. How do I clean and maintain it?

Our Commercial+ poles are sealed and designed to be maintenance free. However, you can maintain the original shine and brilliance by periodically wiping the base and tube with a non-abrasive cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol or mild stainless cleaner (or your well vodka).

8. Can it be customized?

9. What warranty do you offer?

All of our Commercial+ poles come with a Lifetime Warranty. The Warranty does not cover natural disasters, negligent, improper, or intentional misuse of the product and covers parts only.
